In this article, we are going to cover some steps that will help if you are having trouble logging into your account using a web browser. These issues can occur, and a simple cache clean-up may be the solution. This article will cover Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox.
Warning: Clearing your cache and cookies will log you out of most websites you were previously signed into. You will have to re-enter your username and password. Clearing the cache can delete saved settings and permissions (mic, camera, access, etc.)
If this does not fix the problem, please contact IT Support so we can investigate further.
