Please make sure that you are using this Web address: https://imgacademy.okta.com/
If you see the following screen when trying to sign into Okta:
- Please click the Back to sign in button, manually enter your email address, then your password, and check for typos.
- Email Domain: @imgacademy.com
- **Note: autofill can cause issues if passwords were recently updated**
- If you are still having trouble with your password, please click Forgot Password. It will ask you to send an SMS code or an MFA push if you are using Okta Verify, and then it will reset your password.
